ep911 has been running all sorts of custom maps on his server. You just have to be on at the right time to grab the map while its up.

On average, a single person can download the peach's castle map in about 10 minutes. Slower than if they downloaded it from fpsbanana but it does not require people to do all of the special installation stuff. Most maps are substantially smaller however and will take probably 1-5 minutes to DL.
